Hey, this is a blog between my boyfriend and I check us out. (click here)
"We have to allow ourselves to be loved by the people who really love us, the people who really matter. Too much of the time, we are blinded by our own pursuits of people to love us, people that don’t even matter, while all that time we waste and the people who do love us have to stand on the sidewalk and watch us beg in the streets! It’s time to put an end to this. It’s time for us to let ourselves be loved."

that’s the complete opposite of how i’ve spent my twenties thus far (as im just 24 still)
these have been the years where i’ve really learned what actually matters and i’ve continually developed a nature that cannot agree with simple selfishness—because for me, age doesn’t matter. what matters is being there for those you love, breaking bad habits, self evolution, breaking the cycle of samsara…..
but really…
once one loses the ego they lose the limits and can experience true freedom.
so no. for me? my twenties are being spent with a focus on enlightenment for i’ve known that death can come at any age…and that my time on this planet should not be frivolous and wasted because i really don’t have that much time.
